Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our client in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and a proven track record of delivering modularized features, working collaboratively in a Scrum environment. You will contribute to the development of key features, including device registration, and work alongside multiple teams to drive innovation and ensure high-quality output.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• 8+ years of experience as an Android Developer.
• Expertise in Kotlin development at a principle level.
• Strong knowledge of Networking and Modularization in Android.
• Proven coaching abilities to guide and support team members.

GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with Scrum, especially as a Scrum Master.

DESIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Deliver modularized features that can be reused across four different teams.
• Complete sprints every two weeks with multiple stories.
• Contribute to Guild work by sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Help deliver and improve the Device Registration feature.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced developers on the team.
