WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANDROID FRAMEWORK DEVELOPERS

We are looking for Android Framework Developers to join our new automotive team. You will start your journey in one of our interesting customer project. Your future colleagues are waiting for you to join our international team. Working with us is uncomplicated, there’s a good team spirit, low-hierarchy and nonexistent bureaucracy. Our way of working is flexible too, many of our team work remotely from home with visits to our office from time to time when needed. This role is equally challenging, and as such we offer a very good compensation. You can work in Finland or Poland.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong proficiency with Android SDK and in-depth programming knowledge in Kotlin or Java, crucial for developing sophisticated Android applications.
  • Specific experience in developing for Android Automotive OS, including an understanding of its unique features and limitations to craft optimized applications for in-vehicle use.
  • Expertise in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating intuitive interfaces for automotive applications, prioritizing safety and minimizing distractions for the driver.
  • Familiarity with Google Assistant and Google Custom Cloud Assistant, enabling voice-activated controls and personalized assistant functionalities within automotive applications.
  • Solid foundation in software engineering principles, such as version control with Git, CI/CD methodologies, and unit testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Experience with agile development practices and tools (e.g., SAFe, Confluence, Jira, etc.) (recommended)
  • Experience with optimizing the performance of Linux / Android applications (recommended)
  • Hands-on knowledge about different types of hypervisors in automotive environments (recommended)
