Responsibilities:

  • Must have detailed technical knowledge of client’s products to be able assemble and deliver to customer on time.
  • Ensures customer understanding of Digital payment topics, provide trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to customer development teams.
  • Ensures quality commitments to our customers, their satisfaction with the product and provided services.
  • Supports the R&D team by suggesting product enhancements, new features and by providing customer feedback.
  • Participate on customer meetings (remote) with possibility of on-site, if necessary, you will be on-site at least once a week.
  • Collaborate regularly with engineering R&D team based in Europe and Asia, and Regional Technical Leaders/PM’s worldwide.
