Animal Welfare Technician Part Time

A great opportunity to become part of our busy team, we rarely have positions become available and is an excellent opportunity for any animal lover. You must be a hard working conscientious person with excellent animal and people skills. You will be required to answer the phone and speak to the public in addition to animal husbandry. Main duties will include animal care and cleaning. Full clean driving license required to drive our charity vehicle. More mature applicants encouraged to apply.
Please only apply if you have a good knowledge/ confidence handling dogs and live within an easy commute.
This can be both a rewarding and sometimes challenging and due to the nature of the role it can be physically demanding, all weather, sometimes cold and wet ! Animal poo is included, its not all about stroking.
