Job Description
The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for performing professional level business systems analysis and project management activities which include planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining business applications and computer systems.
Reporting Structure & Location
This role reports to the ANZ IT Manager in Australia
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing functional business of the ERP system and integrations for resolution and corrective measures on incidents, requests and problems.
- Provide on-call support and duties.
- Manage expectations with key stakeholders (Customers, PM’s and Business Analysts. Etc.) as to delivery and status of the deliverables.
- Understand business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs in business areas such as Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
- Manage application service and change request (problem resolution, new features, new structures, configuration settings).
- Adhere to ITGC SOX Compliance for Australia.
- Adhere to IT Policies and Controls.
- Definition, design, documentation, and implementation of ERP functional changes to improve processes and services as per the business requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain the configuration of live ERP modules in multiple areas.
- Ensures that the solutions leverage the standard configuration settings and that the technical designs are documented.
- Actively participate in testing to validate the implemented features.
- Run the ERP upgrade projects.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of user support and training modules and manuals.
- Train key users in support of upgrade, enhancements, and refresher courses.
- Planning and executing yearly disaster recovery testing.
- Participate and support in periodic audit cycles.

The ERP Business Analyst should have:
- Proven implementation, business analysis and functional support role (troubleshooting) experience (minimum 5 years) with ERP-systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Infor Visual ERP a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and EDI/interfaces.
- Strong functional background in Sales, Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain & Operations as ERP business analyst.
- Good understanding of SDLC and IT Service Management processes, preferably ITIL.
- Experienced in project management.
- Professional level proficiency verbal and written in English.
- SOX Compliance experience.
