We’re seeking a Head of Learning & Development for our ANZ Energy & Utilities business. The role is to be based in the Milton QLD office .

Responsibilities:

In this newly created role you’ll be part of the People & Culture Leadership team, reporting into the Executive General Manager People & Culture, leading the L&D team and responsible for the L&D framework with a focus on capability development of frontline leadership. Other role responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Develop, implement and embed a customer focused L&D service strategy which is designed to contribute to the overall People strategy congruent with lines of business and corporate centre objectives.
  • Optimise customer experience and performance of people and the broader business through the adoption of technology, frameworks, processes and procedures that result in quantifiable improvement and sustainable people outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate the L&D Team and resources (internal and external) to deliver high quality responsive and sustainable solutions ensuring that approved practices and approvals are applied.
  • Manage Graduate and Apprentice Programs and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the business.
  • Develop talent pipelines for leadership, (and others) ensuring that the recognition, successful completion and mobilising of leadership opportunities are achievable, visible and measurable.
