We’re seeking a Head of Resourcing and Recruitment for our ANZ Energy & Utilities business. The role is to be based in the Milton QLD office .
Responsibilities:
In this newly created role, reporting into the Executive General Manager People & Culture, you’ll be part of the People & Culture Leadership team and leading the Recruitment and Workforce scheduling teams. Other role responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Manage an end to end recruitment service, responsible for building strong relationships and working closely with candidates, sourcing partners, external providers, hiring managers and the People & Culture team to ensure the outcomes meet business needs.
- Utilise and understand the most effective recruitment channels and sources and provide a timely, efficient service to deliver a great candidate care experience to provide the business with the right people in the right roles at the right time.
- Assist developing hiring manager capability, competence and efficiency with the recruitment process and ensure compliance with The Downer Standard.
- Work with operations to develop workforce planning and scheduling capability that is fit for purpose.
- Develop a community engagement plan that is sustainable and scalable.
