SUPPORTING PRODUCTS & OFFERS FOR A SPECIFIC MARKET, INCLUDING DELIVERING NEW OFFERS, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MAJOR NEW OFFER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.

Product Management at bp is booming and we are seeking a Product Manager that is responsible for the definition and development of a digital product, ensuring customer need, argument, strategic alignment, feature reuse and innovation are led throughout the Product Lifecycle of the CPO, e.g. the CPMS (Charge Point Management System), payments, and other components of the charge point operations.
This role will support the Lead Product Manager to drive scale and new market entry and new product offerings. You will support the management of service outcomes with suppliers and tech/ non tech partners.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Business, Economics, STEM degree, MBA or equivalent experience and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, especially in emerging technologies and market trends related to the EV industry

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global Head of CPO Product, you will work closely with business teams, leaders, science, and engineering teams as well as partner daily with DevOps squads. This includes but is not limited to: owning and managing the CPO & eMSP product market roadmap and launch plan; developing product market strategy in alignment with the global product strategy; managing the release and compliance of our products, shaping the product strategy and vision; and ensuring effective cost and revenue management.
Be Human Centered, research key customer trends and competitor activity, build a knowledge hub to continually improve product performance using Agile (Scrum or Kanban)
Demonstrate a strong customer centric approach with optics around customer problem discovery and user experience into the team behaviours
Liaise with business teams, leaders, science, and engineering teams to launch new products, platforms, features and experiences
Be Business focused by working closely with ensuring incorporation of voice of customer, delivery roadmap and crafting a robust buy / build / partner strategy against the product roadmap
Be Technology driven by partnering with technology peers, influencing end state architecture, drive resilient, performant and scalable tech solutions
Provide Transformational Leadership by supporting the planning, execution, delivery, and release of sophisticated cross-team engineering initiatives
