We are looking for a AP/AR Specialist (f/m/d) for our Finance department
Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten:

The requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or tax assistant (f/m/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of invoicing / accounting
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of letters of credit and guarantee business
  • High level of customer orientation and ability to work in a team
  • High level of commitment
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Good IT skills in MS Office and ERP
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ideally knowledge of export-related project managemen

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of outgoing invoices for national and international customers
  • Ensuring proper invoicing including documentation
  • Reviewing and processing of documentary letters of credit and sureties (guarantees in domestic and foreign business as well as sureties) in accordance with internal and external guidelines
  • Legalization of documents
  • Responsibility for data maintenance in the billing system
  • Creation and maintenance of debtor master data
  • Coordination with sales and shipping as well as controlling and accounting
  • Handling correspondence in connection with the above tasks
  • Data analysis and maintenance, plausibility check of data, creation of ad hoc evaluations and reports
  • Creation of Intrastat reports
  • Support for receivables management and dunning as well as participation in monthly and annual financial statements
