As the AP Commercial Lead for Pediatric Eye Solutions at Johnson & Johnson Vision, you will play a pivotal role in introducing and advancing Pediatric Eye Solutions across the Asia Pacific (AP) region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pediatric eye care and make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree / Master and above with minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant business experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the MedTech/Consumer Health industry
- Prior sales, marketing, or commercial operation experience
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic business plans
- Strong understanding of financials, business operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Ability to set vision and inspire cross-functional teams
- Up to 25% business travel (domestic & international) required
- At least 3 years of Sales experience in MedTech, Consumer health, and/or ophthalmology
- At least 5 years of Marketing experience in MedTech, Consumer health, and/or ophthalmology
- At least 3 years of experience in China
- Proven track record of delivering against a sales target
- Highly motivated with strong initiative and multitasking skills
- Experience in policy making in China
