Job Description
AP Disbursmement Analyst
Location: Katowice, Francuska 46 - hybrid model of work
Reporting to: AP JR Manager

Challenges waiting for you:

• Payment proposals preparation,
• Regular and manual payments processing for 3rd party vendors, intercompany and employees,
• Payment reports handling, errors and payment rejections review,
• Payment documentation preparation (bank reports, system reports),
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues,
• Reconcile clearing account,
• Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent English is a must (min. level B2),
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or experience in payroll, disbursements, banking institution or accounts payable required,
• SAP knowledge - value added
• Knowledge about banking system worldwide - value added
• Work according to agreed schedule,
• Team spirit.
