Description:
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
- Develop and implement people analytics strategies to drive data-informed decision-making
- Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with minimally 15 years across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering and delivering strategic initiatives
- HR experience across APAC is a must, with solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, effectively translating complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive organizational success
- Proven change agent with track record in managing complex projects and spearheading organizational transformation
