Description:

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
  • Develop and implement people analytics strategies to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Degree qualified with minimally 15 years across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering and delivering strategic initiatives
  • HR experience across APAC is a must, with solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, effectively translating complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive organizational success
  • Proven change agent with track record in managing complex projects and spearheading organizational transformation
