We are looking for an APAC Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy in the APAC (Asia/Pacific) region.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and monitor the marketing strategy for each country in the APAC region. This includes launching new products, choosing advertising and promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends, setting pricing policies and sales conditions in collaboration with the CMO and Area Managers, and defining the company’s brand image in each country.
  • Execute all marketing activities, transmedia communication, advertising, and promotional activities, and analyze their impact on sales aligned with the company’s pillars.
  • Develop communication and promotional models among sales, trade, and marketing teams to optimize the company’s strategy.
  • Support the Research and Development department in developing new products, aiming to anticipate and respond to evolving customer needs.
  • Analyze and identify market, consumer, and category trends and new needs, continuously optimizing the brand, product, and digital communication strategy.
  • Propose, develop, and implement the correct digital and physical customer journey aligned with sales and trade areas to maximize company and brand results.
  • Develop product and packaging initiatives, working closely with related departments to ensure items closely adhere to legal and quality requirement
  • Develop and adapt POSMs to increase build visibility, working very closely with distributors, creative agency and trade marketing team
  • Build a love brand
    Education: Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline.
    Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in FMCG Marketing (especially on social & digital marketing strategy), knowledge of the Asia region, in terms of consumers and FMCG dynamics and regional experience is preferred. Confectionery experience is a plus.
    Languages: Excellent in command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Knowledge in other Asian language is an added benefit.
