API Developer

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for working on a team of four to five Engineers to tackle the platform needs of large organizations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of API development experience
• 3+ years of AWS experience
• 2+ years of Kubernetes experience
• Extensive programming language experience
• Terraform experience
• Cloud certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong multi-tasker
• Self starter
• Team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Azure, AWS and GCP Professional level certifications
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
• Agile experience

• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks from code to deploy
• Manage and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure APIs
• Integrate APIs with various cloud services, databases, and third-party systems
• Optimizing API performance to handle high traffic and reduce latency
• Implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for APIs
• Implementing caching strategies using cloud services
• Provide support to ensure mission critical applications and components are being monitored and meet security, reporting and retention requirements as well as disaster recovery requirements of clients
• Work closely with front-end developers to create seamless application integrations
