ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

• Focus on API management as a Foundational Product.
• Works in the intersection between business, technology, and user experience.
• Understands the end user, customer and business needs, utilizing user journeys and design thinking to secure the digital product brings continuous value.
• Has the responsibility to optimize the digital product to achieve the business goals while maximizing return on investment.
• Aligned with the business strategy manages and evolves the digital product including vision, strategy, goals, roadmap and budget through the lifetime of the digital initiative.
• Maintain overview of digital products offered within digital product area and ensure business flow is adequately supported.
• Drives planning cycle for digital product, including roadmap, resource needs and budget required.
• Ensures digital products fulfill all legal, compliance and security requirements.
• Secures release and roll-out plan, including change management and training approach.
• On Senior level applies in depth knowledge of the business domains/systems/applications in which the team operates, including adjacent business domains/systems/applications and including business logic/context.
• Knowledge expert in core area of expertise.
• Significant experience in adjacent areas of expertise.
• Actively improves the skills of others through training /coaching /mentoring. Accountable for the outcomes and continued performance and improvement of 3 teams.
• Large experience in strategy and roadmaping with multiple businesses and large experience in Integration / API is required.
