Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the financial technology industry, with experience in selling software solutions for medium to large deals.
  • Established network advantageous
  • API solutions would be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with financial data and understanding of personal finance management is a plus.
  • Understanding of the Moneyhub platform and services would be advantageou

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales individual to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving annual targets by building a portfolio of new medium to large/enterprise size prospects, nurturing these relationships into sales. This is a critical role that demands a strategic approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS financial technology products and services. Your responsibilities also include providing consultative selling, identifying business problems and proposing solutions using the Moneyhub Platform capabilities. Additionally, assist with marketing efforts, ensuring objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new leads & opportunities via meetings, consultative workshops, calls and emails
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand our customer base and increase the sales pipeline
  • Prepare and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospects, addressing their specific business requirements and showcasing how Moneyhub’s solutions can meet their needs.
  • Conducting a mixture of remote and face to face demonstrations/business meetings for new business opportunities
  • Production of accurate commercial proposals as part of consultative selling and negotiating the terms of an agreement to secure new business
  • Ensuring the prospect undergoes a smooth transition from sales through to customer
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance Moneyhub’s competitive advantage.
  • Representing Moneyhub at exhibitions & events, attending networking events at every opportunity
  • Maintaining business awareness around roadmap, development and future enhancements
  • Maintaining accurate data within Salesforce and sales reporting for management review.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed annual targets
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Moneyhub’s products and services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Must bring

  • Easily accessible to London for weekly travel
  • Consultative sales experience is essential
  • Financial Services background is essential
  • Experience with Open Banking and Open Finance is preferred
