REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years proven finance planning and analysis experience
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Business Administration, preferably comes with professional accounting certifications such as CPA, CIMA or ACCA.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP
• Prior exposure in manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
• Able to link the financial results to operation drive, provide alternatives and drive for changes.
• Experience with SAP and various Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI, BW, RPA would be a plus.

• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, annual budget and monthly executive review package. Strive for ways to implement and simplify the budget and executive review processes.
• Provide support and data for monthly performance reviews for the decisions, and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support growth and improve profitability.
• Perform financial modelling and analysis when required to support the business decision.
• Support the “order to revenue” process to provide analytics on sales funnel, order backlog and PSI planning etc to manage risk and opportunities and drive growth
• Business partner from finance for Leica Microsystems.
