NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced DevOps Technical Lead with expertise in the .NET stack and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support, a deep understanding of DevOps practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- DevOps Implementation: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS and other relevant tools to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Operations Support: Provide advanced support for application and infrastructure issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and collaborative workflows.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with security standards and government regulations, maintaining a high level of security and compliance across all operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the DevOps processes and tools, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, performance, and reliability.
