Who We are Looking For:
Groundswell is looking for Technical Appian Consultants to build technical solutions as an integrated part of one of our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisors to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Working closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements and then quickly translating that information into technical solutions (approx: 75% building technical applications and 25% business strategy)
• Building software applications for client projects
• Participating in requirements gathering and user story creation
• Providing solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation
• Working with your project team to implement, test, and document the functionality of applications
• Working with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early

Required Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”)
• Experience with database development (through classwork or professional work)
• Dedication to learning new skills, professional growth, and delivering strong results to clients

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 to $95,000.
