Description:

Cognizant is seeking a Appian Business Analyst to join a well-established banking client in Sydney. As a Senior Appian Business Analyst, you will analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. You will also develop and implement business scorecards to track and measure key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and services. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your Appian career by working with cross-functional teams and large scale projects.

In your first few weeks in this Business Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Help facilitate and support requirements gathering workshops and meetings to identify and understand business requirements.
  • Conduct process mapping – current and future state.
  • Support end to end requirements traceability.
  • Act as conduit between various stakeholder groups to provide clarity and alignment of requirements.
  • Work closely with technology teams to design, develop, and implement data programs.

  • Hands-on experience with Appian BPM platform – Appian certification is a plus!
  • Strong knowledge of designing and configuring Appian applications
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL
