QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:

Minimum of 6 years of Application Support for a packaged application
Minimum of 3 year supporting applications associated with Engineering
Self-motivated History of trying to gain technical expertise by learning on the job. You will be expected to identify and ask for help as needed.
Can- do attitude and ability to influence peers as well as senior managers
Technical Knowledge background of JavaScript, Java and .NET
Basic understanding of REST API Services
Experience with Database Concepts (SQL) and ability to understand database tables and relationships

Work as an IT Analyst and Programmer for the Enterprise Applications Team as part of the group supporting Engineering Applications including Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, Polarian etc
Work with business users and the IT architect/development led to convert business requirements into technical specifications. Also gain experience in supporting the tool over time and take the necessary training to gain technical proficiency.
The bulk of this role will be configuring and maintaining Opcenter MES Platform and creating new UI screens for use in Opcenter using another tool called Mendix.
You will be expected to work with a global customer base across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. However, for the first 2 years, focus will be working with user groups in USA and Costa Rica
