THE ROLE: Apple Services & Solutions Consultant
JOB SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Apple Services & Solutions Consultant is responsible for driving Apple’s enterprise sales by developing relationships with large corporate clients and partners. In this role, you will identify and close opportunities to integrate Apple products and services into business environments. You’ll work with senior decision-makers, demonstrate a deep understanding of their business needs, and position Apple’s offerings as solutions that enhance productivity, innovation, and overall business success.
You will oversee targeted Apple sales activity within customer base in the EMEA region. This a high-profile, technology solutions & services sales role, where successful individuals meet sales forecasts and revenue targets, prospect and develop accounts and become trusted partners to our customers and strategic partners.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Consistent track record to respond and handle challenges in a fast-paced business environment.
- Good communicator with the ability to drive solutions in line with industry and local market trends.
- Proficient in selling solutions to large customers with a deep understanding of buying cycles
- Customer Presentation skills: presentation collation and material with the confidence and ability to deliver at all levels of management.
- Business Relationships: confident and able to establish strong relationships with key vendors and partners to support solution selling.
- Knowledge in Apple solutions sales across multiple verticals and industries.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and ICT industry expertise
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and deliver accurate/meaningful short and long terms sales forecasts and pipeline, in line with business objectives.
- Team focused and able to collaborate with local, regional, and corporate teams in a large cross-functional organization.
- Focus on achieving the Trusted Advisor and Preferred Business Partner of the client.
- Provide consistent communication and timely reporting of goal attainment, field activities, account opportunities, competitive trends, and sales accomplishments
- Manages Apple product & services & solutions pipeline and forecast daily weekly monthly
- New Business actively prospect new business opportunities with the goal of a face-to-face meeting to present Presidio Apple capabilities.
- Consistency growing existing base including customer interaction / communication, account plans, selling solutions, customer growth.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on Presidio Service and solution offerings as well as competitors’ service offerings
- Build relationships with Presidio strategic Customers & Partners presenting and joining QBRs and RFPS
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales, marketing and contract programs are consistently and effectively implemented
- Develop relationship with Global Procurements teams understanding clients’ budgets and procurement cycles
