As the EMEIA Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager, you’ll strategically & tactically align people, processes, and technologies to drive a flawless e-commerce journey. You’ll collaborate with technical, operational, legal, and financial teams, becoming the go-to expert for New Product Introductions, Promotions, and Sustaining Operations. DESCRIPTION

This role entails driving actions across various tracks which includes compliance and legal assessments, introduction or change management of financial offerings, readiness management of regional or global Online promotions, consultation on new store features and functionality, and ensuring Online store readiness for future releases or new product introductions. Responsibilities: - Flawlessly manage and lead regional New Product Introductions and Promotions launch execution and post-launch support. - Coordinate regional post launch takeaways and drive regional hindsight exercises contributing to improvements for future releases. - Lead and partner with cross-functional teams, bringing operational expertise and customer oriented solutions to problems, issues and opportunities. - Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive solutions working with the cross-functional WW and Regional teams

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically within e-commerce or order fulfilment operations. Demonstrated ability to manage and improve operational workflows.
  • Operational Skills: Strong operational acumen with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Proven track record of maintaining accuracy and efficiency in high-volume and fast paced settings.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in utilising technical tools and software related to e-commerce operations. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting clear operational procedures and effectively conveying complex information to cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant project management and operational experience within an eCommerce, Internet or multi-channel environment.
  • Track record of coordinating and driving projects in a multi-channel environment with high stakes
  • Demonstrated success thriving in an ambiguous environment with high levels of accountability without authority.
  • Experience influencing a diverse group of people across multiple locations.
  • A fast learner who can quickly apply and adapt knowledge in varying fast paced situations.
  • Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or related field preferred. Post-graduate work desirable but not essential.
