Applewood Auto Group is looking for a full-time Service Advisor at Applewood Nissan Infiniti Langley. We are looking for a Top performer, the best of the best. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.

Our Advisors are responsible for the customer experience resulting in service sales volume as well as customer retention. To achieve this, they must have a strong knowledge of the services offered and how they benefit the customer’s lifestyle and automotive maintenance needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their needs: You will welcome customers as they arrive, listen to their concerns or service requests, and record the details accurately.
- Recommend services and repairs: Based on the customer’s concerns and the vehicle’s condition, you will suggest appropriate maintenance services or repairs, explain the benefits and costs, and answer any questions.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department: You will work closely with the technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and parts to complete the service or repair efficiently and effectively.
- Update customers on progress and additional recommendations: You will inform customers of the progress of the service or repair, notify them of any additional recommendations that arise during the process, and obtain their approval before proceeding.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: You will follow up with the customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and provide advice and tips for maintaining their vehicle in good condition.
