Salary Range: AUD 90,243 - 98,861 (Annual Gross)

SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:

  • Prior experience in customer communication management, document management solutions. Knowledge of Insurance/Claims is a must.
  • Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
  • Initiate and support Agile development of scrum multi-function teams
  • Use JIRA for end-to-end project and team management process and guide the team to use JIRA for various activities.
  • Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques
  • Work closely with User Experience specialists, developers and testers to provide clarification when required
  • Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
  • Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
  • Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements
  • Knowledge on associated frameworks and tools
  • Project Management experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Support teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyse the tickets
  • Should pick up end to end functional and technical flow of applications
  • Tech stack: Sitecore CMS, Angular, Azure Integration
  • Work with the client to create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Lead workshops for the client to define functional and non-functional requirements
  • Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the team
  • Prioritize removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them
  • Run multiple parallel projects and drive forward deliver of high-quality work on-time and on budget Maintain the focus on customer value and outcomes and maximize flow
  • Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in supported platforms/systems
  • Develop, monitor and communicate team reporting and metrics
  • Coach the team on agile principles and practices to grow agile maturity
  • Plan development, planning and delivery of a portfolio of work for the team
  • Ensure the team remains focused on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps, and that backlog and release plans are maintained
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure dependencies between teams are understood and managed
