Purpose Statement: Application Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers resolve issues in a timely manner while also driving to root cause to prevent recurrence, providing daily “care and feeding” for core applications to ensure availability and performance, providing conceptual design expertise to solutions, owning the application life cycle (patching, upgrades, security updates, etc.), and managing relationships with key third party software suppliers.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Collaborate in gathering business requirements, from internal and external customers, including key deliverables.
• Collaborate with others conceptualizing and developing BI solutions. Create visual mock-ups, when necessary, in order to demonstrate to the business what’s possible in a short development cycle. Use standard BI tools in order to cleanse, model and visualize the data for the mock-up.
• Manage clear and concise communication and documentation of test results. Provide support and follow-through to make sure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Lead documenting business requirements and translating them into Business Intelligence technical specifications
• Collaborate in creating test plans and executes testing procedures to ensure business requirements are met.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• English (Advanced)
