Our client in Brussels is looking for an Application and Cloud Architect to work on software design and development on Java/Angular technologies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• At least 3 years: Java, Angular and Weblogic or other JEE container management.
• Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus.
• Messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service, Apache Kafka.
• Akoma Ntoso: simple technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative and judiciary documents.
• Bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education.

• Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot application architecture.
• Manage complex architecture and integrate heterogeneous systems to it.
• Architecture and design of information systems.
• Review of the architecture of existing systems.
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks (back-end/front-end.
• Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
• Data analysis and data modelling.
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
• Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
• Production of software architecture documents.
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
• Implementation and development of key features.
