Responsibilities:
You will provide support to bank users on Core Banking and Online Banking applications, configured interfaces, document processes, support testing and work within small Applications support team.
You will work closely with the managed service partners to provide first class BAU support and service management to the business, and with the wider IT team to support their functions.
