APPLICATION CHANGE MANAGER

Our IT department have an exciting new opportunity to join their Continuous Improvement team! Following the launch of Microsoft Dynamics 365, this team is responsible for the ongoing change management and adoption of the platform to support the growth of our business.
As an Application Change Manager you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of change initiatives and making sure that all initiatives enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will build relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and become a trusted advisor on all things Dynamics.
Day to day you will support the user community, working with internal and external teams to ensure processes continue to deliver business outcomes by maintaining application configuration and problem solving as issues arise.
About You:
You will have strong, demonstrable application support and change management experience. You will need to have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Finance & Operations. If you also have experience of Power platform including Power BI, then even better! You will be someone who is able to build effective relationships, get to grips with business processes across the Group quickly and deliver best practice.
