How will you make an impact?
The Application Developer and Support Specialist will design, develop, and support applications that drive business success and align with our core values. You will work closely with business partners and users to gather requirements and translate them into robust application architectures. You will also find opportunities for AI implementation to enhance our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality applications using SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, and other relevant technologies.
• Provide functional support, ensuring applications meet evolving business needs and enhancing performance and reliability.
• Use prompt engineering to optimize AI model performance.
• Lead projects effectively and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards.
• Develop and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems, applying RAG concepts.
• Work effectively in a fast-evolving environment, supplying to a team working in an international ecosystem.
• Present ideas clearly to leadership teams to secure investment and support.

Education, skills, and experience

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, LLM concepts, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with MS Fabric PowerBI,VBA
• Ability to lead projects efficiently.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of the Azure OpenAI framework is a plus
