Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Application Architect to support one of our largest Health client in supplying overall solution architecture guidance to their project. This will include reviewing API design and working with vendors to ensure API has the required capabilities. Your role will also include developing an application to test end to end APIs and assisting with these testings.
Our client has now made a hybrid return to office. You must be available for on-site work in the Melbourne CBD at least three days per week with up-to-date Covid-19 vaccination status.
This is an excellent 12 months opportunity with the possibility of extensions.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Understanding business objectives and providing initial solution intent.
  • Review solution architecture proposals by project teams to ensure they are in line with DHHS guidelines and best practices.
  • Investigate and evaluate new technologies and updates to existing stack components such as .Net / Tableau /SQL server when conducting solution options proposal
  • Review API Design and work with vendors to ensure API has the required capabilities
  • Develop an application to test end-to-end APIs.
  • Assist with the testing of APIs.
  • Creation of Solution Option Packs and Solution Architecture Document (SAD)
  • Creation of Source Code, Unit Testing and Design Specification
