ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide solution and integration configuration and development services for the CAD project delivery team within a customer site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver software implementation and development services to agile project team.
• Responsible for management and implementation of all parts of the SDLC including ongoing support of delivered solution.
• Implement and deliver fit for purpose software and process documentation in accordance with specifications.
• Participate in Customer integration and design workshops to enable requirement collection and validation
• Responsible for the management and delivery of software fixes and releases against varying SLAs across multiple sites and managed services.
• Think outside the box to enhance the key team processes.
• Participation in the 24/7 on call support roster
