Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As Application Development Engineer Baking, you will contribute scientifically and technically to our application development with focus on the baking industry, provide high-level technical support during new product developments and you will support the technical validation of prioritized sales activities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide high level technical support through execution of well-designed laboratory baking experiments
- Strengthen internal application know-how and product portfolio development with focus on Türkiye, Middle East, and Africa applications (e.g. Ekmek, Pide, flat breads and other regional bread types)
- Provide creative and effective hands-on baking support to key customers and high-potential projects with focus on Türkiye, Middle East, and Africa
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver application (and technical) input for relevant industrial applications and growth opportunities
- Member of the global Application Development Baking team
