Developer Lead, Assistant Vice President
Who we are looking for:
Software Developer will contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of Compliance Suite of products as a member of the team.

ONSITE: Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

  • Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, Algorithms, Data Structures, Linux, Distributed systems
  • Have a strong interest in learning and innovating
  • Very good understanding of the industry standard Compliance Applications like Charles River Investment Systems and MIG21.

What you will be responsible for:

As Software Developer you will

  • Work independently to develop, test, and debug software enhancements and solutions within the Compliance domain
  • Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using cloud computing using Java and Oracle.
  • Designing applications and handling them independently.
  • Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high quality end product
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Actively participate in the agile software development process by attending all daily standups.
  • Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs as needed and come up with solutions

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related subject.
  • 6+ years of experience in application design, development and support of large enterprise Web applications
  • Very good knowledge of Java, Oracle, SQL Server
  • Understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting aspects.
  • Understanding of data security and data access controls and design aspects
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
