Responsibilities:

As an Application Engineer, you will:

  • Provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Specify and select equipment for various applications, including Split and VRF systems.
  • Prepare accurate quotations using technical and quotation tools.
  • Support Technical & Project Engineers with equipment selection.
  • Deliver remote technical support, including occasional site visits as needed.
  • Take ownership of technical and product management issues for designated products or technical subjects.
  • Stay updated on market developments and assist with the evaluation and introduction of new products.
  • Provide training and presentations to enhance technical knowledge across the business.
  • Develop and maintain technical tools to support the team and the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in service, installation / commissioning, or design within the air conditioning industry.
  • A technically minded individual with a strong understanding of air conditioning systems, including Split and VRF.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency with technical tools and software (SAP & 3DD experience is a plus).
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
