Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide technical consultation to customers, offering risk evaluations and design reviews for new and retrofit projects in the Food and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.
Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting and resolve installation or application challenges.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients while ensuring alignment with internal teams.
Assist in the development and maintenance of sales tools and documentation.
Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Account Managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive service offerings.
