YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Matierla Sience or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability of organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with other team members in product development programs.
  • Experience in writing technical papers or reports as well presenting results to a technical team.
  • Aptitude and ability to operate various adhesive applications equipment.
  • Solid interpersonal skills. Must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments.
  • Effective Problem solving, verbal and communication skills.
    The salary for this role is $79000.00 - $92000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of anayltical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing)
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processes
  • Track and manage test reports in the LIM system leveraging electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
  • Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations
  • Participate in customer presentations and consult them on best-practices applied in the respective field
  • Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer and overall product performance complaints
  • Traveling of up to 25% will be required for this role.
