Description:
Your tasks:
Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Proficient in equipment installations & performing system analysis.
- Expanding and maintaining long-term business relationships
- technical maintenance, servicing and repair of our systems at the customer’s site
- Networking in the companies you support and finding new areas of application and services that can be presented to customers as suggested solutions
- Internal communication to request the required resources and agreements within the team to pass on information
- Representing the District Representative when required
- Maintaining reporting and administration per national guidelines
- Can provide recommendations for additional programs or process improvements.
Your requirements profile:
- Chemical and/or technical training (technical college, university), basic commercial knowledge
- Friendly personality and good interaction with customers and colleagues
- Experience with water treatment is an advantage, ideally 3-5 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment
- High level of commitment, personal responsibility and reliability, proactive customer service
- Driving license class B
- Proficiency in German (Level: mother tongue) and good knowledge of English (company language)
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Residence in the area (Schwechat)
- Willingness to travel and not shy of physical labor
- Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Has a solid understanding of business, equipment, products/services & account needs. Direct customer interaction in mid to large customer accounts.
