Description:

Your tasks:

Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Proficient in equipment installations & performing system analysis.

  • Expanding and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • technical maintenance, servicing and repair of our systems at the customer’s site
  • Networking in the companies you support and finding new areas of application and services that can be presented to customers as suggested solutions
  • Internal communication to request the required resources and agreements within the team to pass on information
  • Representing the District Representative when required
  • Maintaining reporting and administration per national guidelines
  • Can provide recommendations for additional programs or process improvements.

Your requirements profile:

  • Chemical and/or technical training (technical college, university), basic commercial knowledge
  • Friendly personality and good interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Experience with water treatment is an advantage, ideally 3-5 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment
  • High level of commitment, personal responsibility and reliability, proactive customer service
  • Driving license class B
  • Proficiency in German (Level: mother tongue) and good knowledge of English (company language)
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Residence in the area (Schwechat)
  • Willingness to travel and not shy of physical labor
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Has a solid understanding of business, equipment, products/services & account needs. Direct customer interaction in mid to large customer accounts.
