POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Development Engineer will be expected to support R&D projects through effective collaboration with R&D colleagues, and at times, with commercial team members, application engineers, external customers, and external suppliers. The Product Development Engineer will conduct experiments, analyze data, and present findings in written and oral formats.

• Write and Attend RDT’s with Supervision
• (Ex: Raw Material Substitution Trials)
• Compile Data and Draw Conclusions
• Perform Basic Lab Testing (Peels, Loop Tacks, Release, etc.)
• Submit Analytical Requests and Interpret Results to Sales
• Build Rapport with Sales, Marketing, and Key Customers
• Travel with Supervision to Customers
• Answer Basic Technical Questions Such as Information Typically Found in Performance Guides or in Specs
