As an Application Engineer in New Energy, you will provide expert technical support for complex projects, ensuring our solutions consistently meet the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with our teams to develop impactful technical content for proposals, playing a key role in securing critical projects. In partnership with our bid team, you’ll craft innovative, competitive solutions that distinguish us in the market, driving continuous improvements in our technical strategies and efficiencies. Your role also involves managing the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), where you will offer expert consultation to effectively address technical challenges.
Keeping our teams at the forefront of industry developments, you will maintain and update essential technical documentation. Your expertise will also be applied in real-world settings, occasionally engaging in fieldwork to resolve technical issues on-site. To ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to excellence, you will provide technical support for warranty claims. Additionally, you will share your knowledge by training colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
