Application Engineer /Technical Site Manager in Dresden, Germany (m/f/d)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (in: Physics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field) with relevant work experience or a Msters degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field
• Semi-conductor industry experience is preferred.
• Very good spoken and written English. German is a big advantage.
• Deliberate and organized work style with a “hands on” mentality.
• Experience in using office programs and Unix (Linux).
• Python and Jira experience is preferred.
• Experience in clean rooms are an advantage
• High flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and perform on-call assignments from time to time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build a comprehensive and broad understanding of multi-beam mask writers and support on-site operations
• Serve as first-level customer interface for application topics
• Foster and maintain good customer relationships
• Perform and supervise first-level debugging and manage 2nd level escalations of application issues
• Complete analyses within customer timeline demands and keep the tool in spec
• Support Service Engineers in tool monitoring to prevent downtimes
