QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related fields
• Should have at least 4+ years of experience in COBOL
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with mainframe technologies and tools

• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
• Responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using COBOL
• Involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
