What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you’ll be responsible for liaising with customers and colleagues to deliver professional consulting services using Oracle Enterprise Performance service systems. Your main tasks will include performing issue investigation and resolution for support of ERP Cloud modules; providing ongoing functional support and advice to Deloitte’s customer base, translating client business requirements into business solution in collaboration with peers. You’ll also document and test these solutions to ensure they meet client needs.
A key part of your role will involve reviewing product release documentation to assess its impact on client business processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain critical application services. Staying abreast of new products and features is essential, as is sharing this knowledge through upskilling and training activities for both clients and colleagues, which includes preparing training materials. Additionally, you’ll provide business-specific and financial systems analysis to clients, aiming to promote continuous improvement and add value to their operations.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Have experience using Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, Procurement, Maintenance and / or other application modules
Have a good understanding of functional workflows within ERP applications, with particular focus in one or many of these functions: Financials, Supply Chain, Procurements and Projects
Dynamic and proactive attitude, i.e. someone who looks to ‘get things done’ and takes pride in their work
Experienced in working in a Managed Services or Customer Support environment
Excellent analytical and communication skills – able to present ideas effectively and have a structured approach to solving problems
Ability to lead and inspire small teams and mentor junior team members
