Stellenbeschreibung
Our client, a prominent player in the financial sector based in Frankfurt, has partnered with Accesa for nearly four years. The project centers focus on providing comprehensive application support, including maintenance, monitoring, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix
  • Basic knowledge with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
  • Familiarity with application servers like Apache, Tomcat
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools and processes, such as ServiceNow Jira Service Management, and a solid understanding of ITIL practices for managing and delivering IT services
  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve application-related incidents within agreed service levels, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
  • Application Monitoring: Monitor the performance and health of applications, using tools to identify and address issues proactively before they impact users
  • User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and guide them through problem-solving processes
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure applications are aligned with business needs and meet service-level agreements
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve application-related incidents within agreed service levels, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
  • Security Compliance: Ensure that applications comply with security standards and policies, including managing user access controls and performing security assessments
