YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience, and proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably Lime. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, expertise in data management and security, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
We’re seeking an experienced Application Manager to manage the management and optimization of our Lime CRM system. You will be responsible for customizing, implementing, and maintaining the CRM to ensure it meets our business needs and enhances operational efficiency. Your role will involve streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, supporting users globally, and ensuring data security and compliance.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to align the CRM with strategic goals, oversee system upgrades, and continuously improve user experience. Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills will be essential for success in this role.
