SUCCESSFACTORS SPECIALIST WITH STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
You are a great relationship-builder with good communication skills. Effective planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize among tasks, are also key competences for this position.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- +6 years of experience with the SuccessFactors modules including SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of integrated HR solutions.
- Own related capabilities such as time management and integrations.
- Develop and own functional and technical design specifications.
- Analyse and assess the current technical HR system landscape.
- Act as an advisor to SAP superusers, for global HR technology issues
