JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work directly with Company’s most strategic customers on critical application development and modernization projects to help them transform their businesses.
• You will provide consulting, program management and technical expertise to customers while working with client executives and key technical leaders todrive adoption of modern application patterns and paradigms via Company’s Cloud Platform.
• You will also work closely with key Company partners currently servicing top accounts to manageprograms, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best practice expertise.
• You possess a broad skill set including software engineering, architecture design, distributed systems, container technologies, and deployment strategies.
• To be successful, you know how to navigate ambiguity, have extensive experience working with cloud technologies, have technical depth andenjoy working with client executives.
• You also possess excellent communication and project management skills.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
• Work with customer development leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful, modern, cloud applications, becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.\
• Work with internal specialists, product and engineering teams to package approaches, best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies and published assets.
• Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
• Advocate for customers needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development based on your field experience.
• Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud native application development solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 3 years hands on experience in GCP infrastructure.
• Profiles with multi skillset such as developments, cloud, cloud security, system design, good presentation skill/comm skill etc.
• Profiles that worked with startup company or small company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience project managing and/or delivering technical solutions.
• Advanced understanding of the software supply chain in an enterprise environment (software engineering, testing, CI/CD) and architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in containerized environments.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently. Local regional language proficiency is a requirement. Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
• Experience with highly available, scalable applications and distributed systems.
• 7 years of experience demonstrating technical client service.
• Experience with software languages (Java, Go, JavaScript, Python, etc.) and building / architecting DevOps pipelines and familiarity with associated tools.
• Experience with detailed network, security, and system design in the deployment of virtual machines and containerized applications.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, written, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Hold a cloud certification. Required Qualifications (RQs)
• Application Architecture - Microservices backend experience, front-end exposure
• Software Engineering - Full Stack developer exposure
• Database skills - from the developer perspective.
• Containerization - Docker, K8s, GKE, Kubernetes networking, Istio service mesh.
• Infra as Code - Terraform.
• CICD - Common tooling and patterns.
• Cloud-Native Design Patterns - Understanding patterns that are specific to cloud-based application refactoring and modernization.
• API Management - Being well-versed in API gateways, design, security, and monitoring, since APIs are important in app modernization.
• Observability - common approaches for metrics and logging; this could be scoped to containerization
