We’re seeking an Application Production Support Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing worldwide support for Supply Chain and regional assistance for Trade Finance applications within Asia Pacific. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a stable and resilient production environment, addressing complex issues, and contributing to continuous improvement.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of Supply Chain and Trade Finance.
• Understanding and experience in ITIL concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT major.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a combination of technical and functional skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• Strong background in application production support.
• Technical expertise in JAVA/J2EE/TIBCO platform.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications.

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:

• Strong team player with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results and client-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet keen to escalate issues timely.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call support.
