We are looking for a skilled freelance Data Application Specialist to support our client, a leading company in the medical field based in Berlin. This role involves working with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and providing technical support to laboratory teams across multiple locations. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have completed training as a Medical-Technical Assistant (MTA) and bring several years of relevant work experience.
- You possess deep knowledge of clinical lab operations and their specific needs.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and their customization is beneficial.
- You are comfortable working with IT systems and have a proactive approach to technology.
- You naturally maintain a customer-focused mindset in your work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset round out your profile.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, management, and documentation of essential lab data across multiple locations, including details such as users, clients, tests, and procedures in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and associated platforms.
- Collaborate with lab staff to ensure data is entered and maintained in line with workflow requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for quality control purposes.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to lab teams.
- Occasionally attend in-person meetings at various lab sites as needed.
