The Role
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Application Specialist to be based in Riyadh . Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days. The main responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Train physicians, nurses, and sales team on how to use imaging equipment and software. - Provide software, technical, and application support to the sales team. - Troubleshoot imaging equipment and software problems. - Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders. - Participate in product development and testing. - Stay up to date on the latest medical imaging technologies and software.
Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging, radiology, engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in medical imaging customer support or technical sales. Gastroenterology and/or pulmonology is preferred. - Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment and software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent presentation and effective training skills to educate the team. - Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
